Deadman Danny
A rocket salesman with a jetpack who closes every deal from the sky. His Strix Salvo plants a line of missiles that blow up on anyone who steps near them and mark them for his charged shots. He flies on the Chimera Mk1 until it overheats and crashes him down in an explosion, sprays burning fuel that strips bullet resist, and his ultimate grabs an enemy, carries them high into the air, and slams them into the street.
